Distribution in Italy of the TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) technology.
From its inception date Inprotec has been the very first company in Italy to distribute TMR technology systems. For the past ten years Inprotec has supplied nearly 95% of the TMR systems installed in Italy.

Project specification drafting.
In some application instances Inprotec can provide a consultancy service for drafting basic specifications for a project.

Hardware selection assistence.
During the hardware component definition Inprotec can provide clients with advice on the best hardware selection for field application, with the use of 1oo2, 2oo2 or 2oo3 technologies.
Architecture and configuration definition, systems optimization.
Optimum system functionality is ensured by using a simple system which is configured as closely as possible to the plant layout. Inprotec has the required experience for defining the best architecture, and assessing the best on-site components configuration and inter-connection of both hardware and software.
Systems optimization is mandatory for proper adjustment of the spare parts stock and ease of maintenance during plants operation.
Technical offers.
Inprotec prepares detailed technical offers along with complete technical documentation and design that are commonly used as final documents.
Sale offers.
Sale offers show price per unit, which is very useful for clearer understanding and control of the overall project cost. In addition, these prices per unit are very convenient for the follow up of project modifications during systems engineering/integration phases.
Detailed engineering.
Detailed engineering is the first task after a Purchase Order is issued. Our team is especially vigilant in ensuring that system component segregation meets all temperature, energy consumption and other requirements, and ensures straightforward future maintenance activity on site.
Application program.
Application programs are developed based on process cause-effect matrices or P&ID, along with functional description documents. All programming is compliant with exisiting standards (IEC 1131), and extra care is taken over the intelligibility of any annotations/comments.
Systems integration.
Systems are installed and cabled with high standard criteria. Manpower has been selected through the years and all personel have proven experience in their field of expertise. Equipment and accessories (for example, cable labels), are state-of-the-art, and are carefully selected. Tools and equipment are periodically controlled and tested by independent parties, per ISO 9000 standard rules.
Testing.
FAT and SAT are performed according to all approved procedures that have been submitted to the client prior to initiating tests. All tests results and required corrected actions are recorded in dedicated forms. All forms are compiled into a unique final document that ensures easy tracking at any time. Tools and equipment used for system testing are regularly controlled and calibrated, per ISO 9000 standard rules.
Documentation.
For each delivered system a documentation set is supplied in compliance to our internal standards, which have been developed based on past experiences according to the requirements of the major chemical and petrochemical companies (Aramco, Exxon, Shell, etc.). In all cases, any documentation specific requirement can be easily satisfied by our team.
On site assistence.
Inprotec commonly supplies all required assistance for start-up and commisioning activities as per clients' schedules and needs.
Customer Satisfaction.
Inprotec offers customized maintenance contracts, on site assistance upon agreed short notice, and immediate assistance through its "hot-line" department.
